About Chez Pino

Chez Pino is an italian restaurant and lounge set in the Riyad Al Andalous neighbourhood of Rabat. Behind its black facade and glowing yellow sign is generous Italian cooking meant to be shared: pizza, fresh pasta, burgers, grilled meat and fish.

Our pizza dough rests for 48 hours before baking — the time it takes to develop a light, easy-to-digest Italian-style crust. The rest of the menu follows the same logic: simple ingredients, well handled, without shortcuts.

As the evening sets in, the room shifts pace: dim lighting, gold neon and a drinks list that runs from a short espresso to a signature mocktail — an easy way to extend the meal.
